My 2003 Excursion has 375k miles on it. I hope it out lives me, but realistically corrosion will win that battle. The same mechanic at Tasca has been working on my truck for almost as long as I have owned it. My local mechanic will only work on easy tasks as he doesn’t have a diesel mechanic and it’s getting harder to work on a 22 year old daily driver. When I show up at Tasca I know the diagnosis will be correct and the parts used will be reliable. Even Tasca has to go to the junk yard periodically ...

Carleen Mowrey, the Service Advisor always keeps me informed about my vehicle when it’s in the shop. She does a great job and the mechanics really know their stuff. The girls are very nice at all the other desks too..

Very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the service problems encountered. The work was ‘supposed’ to take a half day. It took 2 1/2 days due to a broken tool. It took another service coordinator to step in to find a replacement tool to complete the repair.

Amazing place staff extremely nice. General manager came out to talk to me as if I was someone he’s known his whole life. It was able to answer every question. I asked so that I would not be confused over the car buying experience.will definitely come back here

This was the first time I utilized the drop off and pickup. It was awesome! Jessica who coordinated it kept me in the loop as did Eric, my service advisor. I wish I could remember the name of the man who brought me a loaner. He was super in driving me to the door as it began to rain during the switching.

To date, my experiences at Tasca’s service center in Cranston have been thorough and timely at a price point that is competitive to private mechanics and I have a greater piece of mind having my Lincoln serviced by Lincoln certified mechanics. My only suggestion would be that there be better communication between individual service centers within this location as I was sent from Quick change to Lincoln service and then back to Quick change by both service advisors today. The Quick change advisor initially directed me back to the Lincoln service area, but then agreed to service my vehicle ...
